电液执行器的设计 摘要 关键词：  The design of the electro-hydraulic actuator Abstract The design of operation structure of the electro-hydraulic actuators digest electro-hydraulic actuator is a kind of intelligent machine, with a integration of electricity, liquid and power installation.With the continuous application and development of valve technology, electro-hydraulic actuator has been more widely used. This topic is design of the quick closing valve on the application of electro-hydraulic actuator, largely reduced the switching time of the valve, the valve fully open and close time increased to 0.2 second. Based on the reference of foreign electro-hydraulic actuator, this topic is about the overall design of the electro-hydraulic actuator hydraulic system principle diagram and the structure of the actuator. This paper expounds the composition, hydraulic principle diagram and the control mechanism of the electro-hydraulic actuator. Actuator uses fork type, it is the most ideal driving mechanical of most of the quarter-turn valves cause of its unique torque curve , it can provide large diameter valves with a larger torque. Hydraulic system is composed of various hydraulic components, which combine in a logical way. The system realize the transformation of the power by the transformation of the electrical signals to control the actuator motion, driving valve opening and closing. Hydraulic system adopt the design of integration of built-in small oil cylinder , so there is no need of additional configuration large hydraulic station, so as to reduce the overall volume of the actuator.
