电镀生产线电气控制系统设计课件.doc

设计概况 电镀生产应用范围广泛，生产线较长，设备分散，前后联锁关系复杂，控制较难。电镀生产线按照其工艺要求和规模一般设计有两至四台行车工作，每台行车都根据已编制好的各自的程序运行。本设计中以三台行车、五个槽位为例，对电镀生产线的流程以及控制方法进行了介绍。对于行车的自动控制，早期是采用继电-接触器控制电路，但是其电路复杂，接口多，工作可靠性差，维护困难。发展至今其控制方式已采用可编程控制器PLC作为核心控制部件，其控制更为安全、可靠、方便、灵活，自动化程度更高。 本设计中，分别用继电-接触器这种传统方法以及采用欧姆龙CPM1A-40CDR-A小型PLC对电镀生产线的电气控制系统进行了设计。用PLC进行自动控制，具有编程方便、操作灵活、使用安全、工作稳定、性能可靠和抗干扰能力强的特点，是一种很有效的自动控制方式，是电镀生产实现高效、低成本、高质量自动化生产的发展方向。 关键词：电镀生产线；行车控制；继电－接触器控制；欧姆龙PLC控制  Abstract Electroplating wide range of applications, the production line is longer, equipment scattered around the complex interlocking relationships, control is more difficult.
