I think the quality of management is even more important than hand work. Have you attended to overhaul the main engine? How to arrange to overhaul the main engine? Answer: We have been carried out overhaul of M/E many times. In actually, before begin the overhaul, I should read the instruction book very carefully and prepare spore parts special tools measurements relatively and some stores necessary. Emphasize safety to every member. In progress, I sort hands in different position: cylinder head, stuffing box, and crank-case. To do the dismantling, lifting, cleaning, measuring and repairing, according to the instruction book. After reassembling, we must hare trial of M/E, then hand over an overhaul report to C/E.
