【Abstract】 . An analysis is given about Netherlands business culture and Chinese business culture. So, we try to combination of Hofstede-Bond’s Value Dimensions to explain the importance of inter cultural business communication. In this paper, we point out that aware of business cultural differences and deal with the differences appropriately will lead a company to success in the competition.

Introduction
Nowadays, intercultural business communication are play more and more important role in our life, but how can we gain the success when faces the keen competition? As an old saying goes, Know both your opponent and yourself ever victorious! If you want to do business with different country, you should be familiar with its background. Our group’s topic is intercultural business communication between Chinese and Holland. So, this essay is trying to focus on the differences between Chinese and English business culture in terms of their business meeting etiquette, different behavior, building relationships communication, negotiations and their taboo.
