According to the topographic data and geologic environment ,the development of the Wuxijiang hydroplant is diversion type power station . The geology condition is good .The main construes conclude the hydraulic retaining structure (the concrete non –overflow dam) ,the water release structure (the concrete over –flow dam) ,the water-diverting structure(the pressure diversion tunnel ,the surge chamber ) ,and the powerhouse. The design flood level is 237.5 m , its corresponding discharge is 5400 m3/s .The check flood level is 239 m ,its corresponding discharge is 9700m3/s .The normal pool level is 231m . The dam site is near the former saddle .The DCL of the non-overflow dam is 241m ,and the base level is 111m ,The max dam height is 130 m ,The upstream dam slope is 1:0.15 ,the downstream dam slop is 1:0.7 ,the spillway crest elevation is 224.2 m .The inducer of the seepage tunn
