The western area is situated at the interior, the international trade economy has developed slowly, the western resources cannot obtain the development and the use. West western constructs the interior anhydrous port to develop the foreign trade economy, uses the western resources is this article research subject fully. This article introduced the domestic and foreign anhydrous ports development present situation, takes the backing by the anhydrous ports correlation theories knowledge, the interior construction anhydrous port has done the analytical study to our country west. In western constructs the interior anhydrous port, promotes our country west big development, the promotion transportation systems whole optimization, simultaneously also lets the western rich resources obtain the development and the effective use, this has the very high economic value and the strategic sense.
