However, Loss of talent will inevitably bring a great impact to the tourism enterprises .At present, the size of tour guides has a great progress, but the quality is not optimistic, the scarcity of outstanding talent has become a common phenomenon in tourism enterprises. Therefore, tourism enterprises in our country called for large-scale development of high-quality tour guide talent.Today, tourism is an important force in the development of our national economy, but compared with other industries, the overall competitiveness of the tourism enterprises is weak, especially the loss of the tour guide talent is more serious than other industries, to a certain extent, have a serious impact on the healthy and steady development of tourism enterprises. In this paper, as Guangdong Nanhu International Travel for an example, to analyze the reasons of the loss of the talent from social economic factors, the company organiseown factors and human factors,to explore good countermeasures for the loss of the domestic travel agencies.The high rate of the loss of talent is not conducive to training high-level tour talent. This article aims to analyze the reason of the high rate of the loss , and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to attract attention of the tourism .
