摘 要 根据已知参数和工程机械的一般设计原则，采取了类比设计方法，设计了YZ20型振动压路机的全液压技术的传动系统。它不仅大大减少了操作人员的工作强度，而且使整机性能有了很大的提高，可实现无级变速的行走驱动，换向加速度的减小使换向更加柔和、轻松。而且在振动压路机上采用了全液压传动技术为振动压实的自动控制技术奠定了良好的基础。 根据生产类型、粗精基准的选择原则和毛坯的被加工表面的精度和粗糙度编制了YZ20型振动压路机变速箱拨叉零件的工艺过程。采用了六点定位原则，来确定工件在夹具中需要限制的自由度，并根据基准重合原则设计了铣拨叉操纵槽的工装夹具，工件靠支承板、定位心轴、挡销限制工件的六个自由度，采用移动压板、开口垫圈和螺母夹紧。该夹具具有结构简单、操作方便、能快速实现铣槽的加工优点。 关键词：变速箱 拨叉 工装夹具 工艺过程设计 ABSTRACT According to the known parameter and the project machinery general layout principle, has adopted the analogy design method, has designed the YZ20 road-roller entire hydraulic pressure technology transmission system. Has used six localizations principles, determined work piece degree of freedom which needs to limit in the jig, and designed the mill according to the datum superposition principle to dial the fork handle canal the work clothes jig, the work piece depends on the support plate, the locator mandrel, the pin limit work piece six degrees of freedom, used moves the clamp, the shape washer and the nut clamps. This jig has the structure to be simple, the ease of operation, can fast realize mill the processing merit.
