摘要 XML作为互联网的新技术，已经渗透到了Internet和其它各个领域。结构文档XML的信息交换，提取，处理，查询的研究也日益受到重视。XML（可扩展标记语言）是一种元数据描述语言，可以描述任何类型的数据，因而，它可将不同来源的数据无缝集成。XML是灵活的、可扩展的、有良好的结构和约束，XML文档将成为数据交换和共享的通用平台。 本文以法律法规信息服务为应用背景，实现一个基于XML的法律法规文件的倒排索引系统。在深入分析法律、协议、条约等文档结构后，设计确定采用倒排索引的全文索引技术，运用关系数据库把XML文档的全文索引信息进行存储。 本文介绍了XML的产生和应用以及全文检索的基本概况，然后重点阐述了基于XML文档的倒排索引系统的设计，其中详细阐述了系统的设计目标、总体架构及各功能模块的详细设计，以及后台数据库的设计和索引表建立以及更新功能的实现。 关键词 XML；全文检索；倒排索引Abstract As a new technology, XML language has become popular in internet and other fields. More and more researches on information exchange, information extraction, information processing and information retrieval based on XML are paid great attention to. XML (Extended Markup Language) is a basic data descriptive language, which can be applied to describe any language. Excellent linking property and the ability to process the same data in different ways are some of the characteristics of XML, which is flexible, expandable, well-structured and conditional. XML file, therefore, will be a general platform for data exchange and sharing. The thesis, with laws and regulations service as its background, is at realizing inverted index system on the above basis. When designing the system, the thesis analyzes the file structure of legal terms. design adopt the inverted index of full-text indexing technology, use relational database put the text XML indexing information storage. This paper gives the creation and the application of XML (extended markup language) and the basic general situation of Inverted index, and then especially interprets how to design Full-Text system according to XML text, it claims the goal, the overall design the and the particular design of every model in detail. As well as backstage database and indexed list establishment and renewal.
