Main Accountabilities Responsibilities Communicate with customer and generate the concept and assembly design Complete detail drawings and related documentation. Support on site installation and commissioning of the equipment to fulfill the function requirements Communicate with suppliers and choose the appropriate technical solutions 2.Job Title: Proposal Engineer-PTA Role Description - summary Responsible for preparing quotations for Powertrain Assembly equipment. Main Accountabilities Responsibilities Review and understand customers inquiry specifications Develop “Proposed Concept” Line-up Sub-Supplier/Vendors Review Sub-Supplier/Vendors quotes for content and compliance Identify possible assembly process improvements Coordinate customer activities, (i.e. attend/arrange meetings) Prepare Proposal concept drawings Prepare quotation document Prepare presentation materials Develop a ‘full cost’ estimate based on identifying equipment and sub-supplier vendor quotes Prepare job cost budgets for ‘sold’ business Knowledge, Skills and Experience: (University degree major in Engineering perferred (5 years engineering experience with Powertrain Assembly systems (Prior proposal and estimating experience a plus ( Shop floor experience (in a addition to engineering) a plus ( Excellent computer skills with experience using Micro-Soft Word and Excel (Technical writing ability (Strong ability to communicate verbally and written Autocad experience is a must Understanding of good accounting practices/cost development (Ability to identify decision needs and seek the proper individual to do so (Work as a ‘team player’ (Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (Seek and be ‘open’ to new technology and ideas 3.Job Title: Control Engineers-PTA INTRODUCTION Our d
