摘 要 在如今的市场经济条件下，企业出现各种问题的原因很多，但主要原因还是企业存在各种各样的风险，由于财务作为企业经营活动的核心环节，所以各种风险最终都将表现为财务风险。由此可见，我们不得不将重视财务风险，从而防止企业财务风险的发生。为了防范财务风险的发生，我们应及早诊断财务风险的可能性，并采取相应的措施，将风险扼杀于摇篮里，我们还必须及时分析、追究财务风险发生的原因，以防类似风险再度发生为企业健康持续发展提供保障。In todays market economy, because many enterprises have a variety of problems, but the main reason is the existence of a wide variety of business risks, due to the financial aspects of the business as a core activity, so the risks will eventually manifested as financial risk. Thus, we have to attach importance to financial risks, so as to prevent the occurrence of financial risk. In order to prevent the occurrence of financial risks, we should try to diagnose the possibility of financial risks, and take appropriate measures to stifle in the cradle of the risk, we must also timely analysis, investigated the causes of the financial risk, to prevent the recurrence of similar risk healthy and sustainable development of enterprises to provide protection.
