In this paper, the problem in financial supervision mechanism of state-owned enterprise as the research object, first to the state-owned enterprise and financial supervision mechanism are outlined, then has carried on the analysis to the existing financial supervision mechanism of state-owned enterprises and the reasons for the problems, and finally put forward the Countermeasures on how to strengthen the financial supervision mechanism construction of state owned ent
