Methods: Firstly, we established QCC group. Secondly, we performed QCC steps. Finally, we compared the situations before and after the implementation of QCC by quality management tools. Results: In pediatric units, the defect rate of wristband wearing was 89.2% before the implementation of QCC. However, the rate reduced to 34.4% after the implementation of QCC. Conclusion: It can improve the compliance and rate ofwristband wearing of children by QCC quality tools. Meanwhile, it can protect medical safety, improve the satisfactions of patients, and increase the abilities of member of QCC group to solvethe clinical problems.
