日本银行重组的经验及其对中国银行业发展的启示 ?摘 要 银行业是一个国家金融业的核心，它的发展状况直接影响到本国经济的稳定和健康发展。上世纪末，日本银行业大规模的重组成为其振兴经济、重构金融体系的核心战略，并在重组过程中体现出一些前所未有的特征。伴随改革措施的不断完善，长期处于困境中的日本银行业出现了改善的迹象。日本四大银行（瑞穗控股、三井住友、三芙东京、联合控股）2002年总计亏损4.6万亿日元，2003年均扭亏为盈，公布的净利润总计9439亿日元。截至2004年3月31日，四大银行全年利润预期值将上调至1.34万亿日元。但至今为止，日本银行业仍面临诸多新课题。随着中国加入WTO，中国金融业也在逐步对外开放，现在外资银行已经逐步进入中国，中国的银行业发展面临新的环境。因此，希望本文能为我国银行业重组提供一些启示。 ABSTRACT The banking industry is national financial industry core .The development condition affects directly our country economy stable and healthy development.At the end of the last century, the Japanese Banking industry,as a large-scale reorganization into its promotion economy, the financial system reconfiguration of the core strategy, and manifests some unprecedented characteristics in the reorganization process.With reform measures continuously improved, and the continued plight of the Japanese banking industry there are indications of improvement. Japans four major banks (Mizuho Holdings, Sumitomo Mitsui, Tokyo three Jeffe, Joint Holdings) 2002 total 4.6 trillion yen loss.The aggregate net profit of 943.9 billion yen in 2003 the average annual loss. As of March 31, 2004, the four major banks expected annual profit will be revised upward to 1.34 trillion yen.The Japanese banking industry is still facing a lot of new issues until now. With Chinas accession to WTO, Chinas financial industry is gradually opening to the outside world. Foreign banks have been gradually entering China.
