关于拉弗曲线的疑问及其拓展 rucyt@163.com 欢迎交流！ 内容摘要： 本文认为，拉弗曲线在静态的情况下存在有一些问题，通过最低效用假设，证明在100％税率点时税收收入和国民产出并都不像拉弗曲线指出的等于0，根据这个得到新的拉弗曲线；同时文中建立了GDP、税收收入T和平均税率t三者之间的模型，并以此模型为基础，推导出短期拉弗曲线、动态拉弗曲线长期拓展、GDP－t及其拓展曲线。 关键词：拉弗曲线 动态拓展 最低效用假设 Abstract： There are a series of problems of the Laffer Curve in static economy , with minimum utility hypothesis , this paper proved that the government revenue and GDP are not 0 as the Laffer Curve pointed out when t=100%,that demonstrates a new Laffer Curve.
