Risk investment is in essence a kind of high-tech and financial combination, the funds will be invested with great risk of high-tech development and production, so that the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements into commodity investment mechanism. It is also the process of high-tech industry as a financial support system for effective use, high-tech industry can not develop without the risk of investment. Compared with developed countries, Chinas venture investment in doing this is not enough, the risk investment in our country is still in its infancy, the lack of industry of new and high technology and effective operation, so that high-tech industry scale development to a certain degree of inhibition, many areas still need to perfect. This paper focuses on the present venture investment in China to analyze the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions.
