Stockton Pond – Stockton Pond is the receiving water for Outfall 040. Lake Michigan Lake Michigan is designated as an outstanding state resource water, Lake Michigan is also designated for full-body contact recreation and must be capable of supporting a well-balanced warm water aquatic community. The Indiana portion of the open waters of Lake Michigan is designated as salmonid waters and shall be capable of supporting a salmonid fishery.
