Methods The chromatographic column was Kormasi C18 (4.60 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol water (45 ∶55) with a rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 355 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results Under such condition, the content of aloin was in a good linear relationship within the range of 0.22-1.10 μg (r=0.999 9), and the average recovery was 97.98% (RSD=1.36%). Conclusions The method developed is simple, re1iable and good reproducible.
