1-# 專案起始的考量 .1 Product description 產品說明 The product description documents the characteristics of the product or service (產品或服務特性) that the project was undertaken (承接) to create (創建). Seller and Buyer relationship contract, product description is usually provided by buyer. (買方提供) .2 Strategic Plan 策略計畫 The strategic plan of the performing organization should be considered as a factor in project selection decision. (專案選擇的考慮因素) 專案起始的考量,續 (Inputs to Initiation) .3 Project selection criteria 專案選擇標準 Can cover the full range of possible management concerns (financial return, market share, public perceptions, etc..) 專案選擇的標準涉及全域之管理;如:資產回收、市佔率、公眾形象等。 .4 Historical information 歷史資訊 When initiation involves approval for the next phase of a project , information about the results of previous phases is often critical. 前一階段之結果常是極為要緊的,尤其是涉及下一階段的啟動與否更為重要。 Project selection method (專案選擇方法) Include considering the decision criterion and a means to calculate value under uncertainty. 包含抉擇條件及在不確定下計算價值的方法。 Benefit measurement methods: comparative approaches, scoring models, benefit contribution, or economic models. 利益評量法;比較法、計分法、利益貢獻度、或經濟模式。 Constrained optimization methods: mathematical models using linear, non-linear, dynamic, integer, and multi-objective programming algorithms. 最佳化限制的方法;線性數學模式,非線性,動態,整數,和多目標程式運算法則。 Note: PMBOK tells us that applying complex project selection criteria using sophisticated models is often treated as a separate project phase. Project Charter 專案核准書 A project charter is a document that formally (正式) authorizes (授權) a project. 應包括或參考下列文件: The business need 業務需要 – 說明此專案係因業務需要而產生之原因. Product descriptions 產品說明- 產品之總結說明.
