摘要 位于长江三角洲南部的宁波既是重要的工业港口城市，又是一个历史悠久的对外贸易口岸。宁波市利用外资总量较多，但与利用外资先进城市仍有较大差距。改革开放以来，宁波作为首批对外开放沿海城市，在利用外资促进经济发展方面取得巨大的成就。In the south of the Yangtze river delta is an important industrial port city of ningbo, is a foreign trade port with a long history. Ningbo total use of foreign capital is more, but with the use of foreign advanced city there is still a large gap. Since the reform and opening, as the first batch of open coastal city, ningbo in the utilization of foreign capital to promote economic development has made great achievements. Ningbo situation of using foreign capital, as a research specimen, has very important significance. This article obtains from the present situation and characteristics of ningbo foreign capital utilization, ningbo pointed out the current problems in utilization of foreign capital, and the comb, are deeply analyzed. Therefore, this study focuses on the present situation of the use of foreign direct investment in ningbo and the analysis of existing problems, to ningbo to further improve and the quality and level of the utilization of foreign capital, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure significance are discussed, and puts forward three countermeasures, respectively is to speed up the service utilization of foreign capital, must change the idea, raise awareness, to actively explore new field services utilization of foreign capital, improve the investment environment, build the atmosphere conducive to foreign competition.
