The results show that the key causes of Large-scale Recreational Facilities were fatigue fracture, circuit fault and automatic operation of equipment; and secondary causes were invalid safety protection device, farfetched safety management, brake system fault, tourists behavior, illegal operations of staff, and so on. The research results can help clarify the main rea- son and subordinate reason of the accident, so as to centralize the resource for accidents elimina- tion.
