And in cotton logistics enterprises，the logistics system is scientific and rational has become one of the important factors of imported cotton convenient or not. Meanwhile, Chinas industrial revitalization plans not only give the clear requirements and directions to the optimization and reform to cotton logistics, but also create the conditions and opportunities for the cotton logistics enterprises. The main contents of this paper include: First, the basic situation of the A company is introduced, and then, to understand the status of cotton logistics system of A company through questionnaires and other methods to find the current lack of A company in the three main areas of cotton logistics system, Including 1) cotton logistics system is too conservative and traditional;2) the relevant aspects of the logistics system problems, separately from the companys own problems, the problem of logistics providers and foreign issues, end-user analysis done four issues; 3) issue policy limits. Secondly, the factors of cotton logistics system optimization are analyzed. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the factors affecting cotton logistics system are qualitatively explained, then indicators are selected, and the impact of cotton logistics system to optimize index system is built. Data collected through questionnaires, using factor analysis to analyze the data, and extracting the four main areas affected A Company’s logistics system. Thirdly, according to the four main areas affected A Company’s logistics system, the countermeasures to optimize the logistics system are proposed in order to improve and perfect the logistics system.
