杨树溃疡病主要由真菌侵染所致, 该真菌是一类世界性分布的真菌, 寄主范围十分广泛, 可 害多种林木
和果树的树干及果实, 引起枯枝、溃疡、流胶和果腐等。另外, 还可以引起根腐,导致整株树的枯死。发生病害的林
木, 用材林材性降低,经济林产量降低, 造成严重 害和经济损失。文中对其病害分布、致病机理、抗病机制以及抗
病育种等进行了综述。

AbstractPoplar canker is ostly caused by fungi These kind of fungi distributes world wide. ,
parasites wide-ranging hosts,and har s the branches and fruits of any kinds of forest and
fruit trees.It can cause the branches die, canker disease,glue flow,and fruit rot,et al.It also
can cause root rot and lead to the tree dead When the forest tree infected by these fungi the. ,
wood quality of ti ber forest was decreased,the production of econo icforest was reduced,and
econo y was suffered heavy loss. This paper reviewed the distribution, pathopoiesis echa-
nis , disease-resistant echanis , and disease-resistant breeding of Poplar canker
