摘要摘要本文所要研究的科学流言，是指内容与科学技术有关，未经科学话语证实或提供相 对准确的规范陈述并大规模流传的信息。本文从科学流言的定义和特点出发，通过案例研究发现科学流言传播的三个规律： 大众媒介中未经科学话语证实和评议的内容易导致科学流言；公共卫生事件中的科学流 言易产生内容变异；关于环保的科学流言在反复出现后容易导致群体性事件。本文第四章针对科学流言的特点和传播规律，提出了三条减少其负面影响的建议。 首先，推动科学话语发挥更大作用；其次转变政府的处置模式；最后提高民众的免疫能 力。结语归纳了本文研究的基本逻辑，即“科学流言对应的是科学话语；任何科学流言 都是社会风险事件；在风险沟通的框架下使用科学话语处置科学流言是必要的”。同时 提出了本文的不足。关键词科学流言科学话语传播规律风险沟通应对策略IIAbstractAbstractThe scientific romor was that those core content includes the uncertain scientific terms and knowledge, and not confirm or appraisal of scientific discourse within a certain time, but large-scale spread have a significant impact on the community, and in a large range of information or information flow.Starting from the definition and characteristics of science rumors, through case studies found that the Three Laws of Science rumors spread: the mass media without the scientific discourse confirmed and reviewed easily lead science rumors; public health events in science rumors prone to mutation;easily lead recurring about environmental science rumors in mass incidents.Chapter scientific characteristics and propagation of rumors, the of three fewer negative impact of its recommendations.
