华亭发电公司480TH循环流化床锅炉的运行及优化调整.doc

摘 要 循环流化床锅炉采用流态化的燃烧方式，是介于煤粉炉悬浮燃烧和链条炉固定燃烧之间的燃烧方式，即通常所讲的半悬浮燃烧方式。自循环流化床燃烧技术出现以来，循环流化床锅炉已在世界范围内得到广泛的应用。循环流化床锅炉是一种国际公认的洁净煤燃烧技术，以其燃料适应性广、脱硫效果好、NOx排放量低、负荷调节性能好等优点在我国燃煤电站中方兴未艾。我国循环流化床锅炉总装机容量也居世界第一位，但是，我国循环流化床锅炉的运行水平还不高，纵观循环流化床锅炉的运行情况，普遍存在飞灰含碳量高、厂用电率高、受热面磨损严重和运行周期短的问题已成为普遍现象，本文将结合华亭发电公司2台东锅产480t/h循环流化床锅炉的运行情况，重点分析一下华亭发电有限责任公司通过设备治理与改造、加强运行管理来减弱循环流化床锅炉磨损情况，延长锅炉运行长周期运行。以及华亭发电有限责任公司如何进行了优化调整、技术改造来降低机组能耗，提高循环流化床锅炉运行技术水平和运行经济性。 关 键 词：循环流化床锅炉；磨损；运行周期；运行经济性 论文类型：应用研究 Title: Huating power generation company 480 T/H circulating fluidized bed boiler running and optimized SPeciality: Thermal Energy and Power Engineering Applicant: Deng Ai Zhong Supervisor: Prof. Wang Yufeng ABSTRACT Ciculating fluidized bed boiler using fluidized bed combustion, is between the pulverized coal boiler combustion and the suspension chain furnace combustion between combustion modes, i.e., often speak of the semi suspension combustion mode.
