天津理工大学 毕业设计论文柔性生产线—操作手单元 柔性生产线—操作手单元 摘 要 随着工业自动化的普及和发展，控制器的需求量逐年增大，操作手的应用也逐渐普及，主要在汽车，电子，机械加工、食品、医药等领域的生产流水线或货物装卸调运 可以更好地节约能源和提高运输设备或产品的效率，以降低其他搬运方式的限制和不足，满足现代经济发展的要求。 模块化生产培训系统（Modular Production training System，MPS）是由上海英集斯自动化技术有限公司研制的教学设备。MPS 体现了机电一体化技术的实际应用。目前最多可由 9 个单元组成，一个单元亦可自成一个独立的控制系统，而由多个单元组成的生产系统可以体现自动生产线的控制特点。操作手是工业机器人的重要组成部分，在很多情况下它就可以称为工业机器人。可编程控制器是继电器控制和计算机控制出上开发的产品，逐渐发展成以微器处理为核心把自动化技术、计算机技术、通信技术融为一体的新型工业自动控制装置。本文应用西门子公司的 S7-200PLC，通过其硬件结构、编程指令和 STEP 7软件的操作实现机械手搬运控制系统，该系统充分利用了可编程控制器（PLC）控制功能。使该系统可靠稳定，时期功能范围得到广泛应用。关键词：MPS 操作手，可编程控制器（PLC），气动控制 Flexible production line -- gunner unit ABSTRACT With the popularity of industrial automation and development the demandfor year-on-year increase of controller handling the application of robot graduallypopularity mainly in the automotive electronic mechanical processing foodmedicine and other areas of the production line or cargo transport we can be moregood to save energy and improve the transport efficiency of equipment or productsto reduce restrictions on other modes of transportation and inadequate to meet therequirements of modern economic development.
