青岛市土地可持续利用评价[精品].doc

摘要 改革开放以来，青岛市社会经济快速发展，尤其是城市化的快速发展在很大程度上对土地利用产生显著影响，土地供需矛盾和各类土地利用问题日益突出；同时，青岛市土地资源总量少，人均量更少，人地关系矛盾突出，因此，对青岛市的土地可持续利用问题进行研究，有助于青岛市的可持续发展。 论文以青岛市为例，对区域土地可持续利用进行研究。区域土地资源可持续利用是可持续发展战略在土地资源利用领域的运用和深化，论文评述了国内外土地可持续利用研究进展，为研究提供了一个理论和方法背景，并对区域土地可持续利用的内涵及其相关理论进行分析，剖析了土地可持续利用的研究内容。在此基础上，论文密切结合青岛市的实际情况，从土地可持续利用的生态效益，经济效益、社会效益三个方面，针对性地构建了青岛市土地可持续利用评价指标体系，对指标作无量纲化处理。根据构建的指标体系，论文对青岛市土地可持续利用进行定量分析，运用层次分析法（AHP法）Since reform and opening–up,the social economic of Qingdao develops rapidly,especially the rapid urbanization influencing land use greatly,contradictions between land supply and demand and various land-use issues have become increasingly prominent.At the same time,total land resources of Qingdao ismeager，and land resources per person is even more.The contradiction between people and land is very sharp.So,the study on the sustainable land use of Qingdao has its practical significance for its sustainable development. This article focuses on the sustainable land use,with Qingdao as an example.Regional sustainable use of land resources deepens the use of the sustainable development strategy in the land resource field.Firstly,this paper reviews the researches on the sustainable land use at home and abroad,in order to provide atheoretical and methodological background for research.It also analyzes the related theories and concepts in order probe into contents of the sustainable landuse.Secondly,taking the related principles as guidance,closely combining withthe actual situation in Qingdao City,from three aspects:i.e.ecological feasibility,rationality of economics and social acceptability of the sustainable land use,thearticle constructs the evaluation index system of the sustainable land use for Qingdao,uses the right method to determine the entropy index weight,and deals with the indexes with the non-dimensional treatment.Then,the paper makes the quantitative analysis with the specific data,and by using the AHP method,the level of sustainable land use of Qingdao city from 1998 t
