Abstract Questioning order is a human activity has universal significance. Especially in the Questioning of the order of human life, people can feel so diverse powers of forming order, which is directly concerned with the orientation of the order of human life . We try to look at in this perspective the Spring and Autumn period in which order was collapsing and rebuilding, to review what powers of forming order they have found. In the Spring and Autumn Period, Li was the Zeitgeist, played legitimacy dimension, was the characterization of the order of entirety. Li obtained this status, because it contains rules of allocation and rules of engagement. By allocating, social structure presents a pedigree state to control peoples identity, status, wealth, behavior and even death, in which all individuals can feel a certain degree of inevitability, oppressive sense.Li has the attribute of power. Through communicative action,people get orderly communication and integration among individuals and requires a harmonious interpersonal relationships. Thus, the ritual system formed and represents a good social status. Further, we find that the Li rely on kinship and political rationality attributed to the king. Family and ancestor worship that are achieved by Kinship are the model of ritual system. Inside the model, the will to power and the exclusive are not strong , more is the awareness that playing their role in the community to last longer. And, the ritual depends on the king.On the one hand, there is still a sense of dependence on the supernatural realm, so the king has placed in the position of a special relationship with T ’ien; on the other hand, the king is required to hold the Te .This is a kind of
