对幼儿入园焦虑的研究 摘要 幼儿的入园焦虑是一个普遍存在于新入园幼儿中的问题，当家长把新入园幼儿送到幼儿园并离开之后，幼儿们都表现出不同程度的焦虑。有研究表明，幼年时期的严重的入园焦虑如处理不当，成年后可能会患有恐惧综合症，影响今后的生活工作，为一生留下祸患。如何帮助幼儿实现从家庭向幼儿园顺利转变与过度，有效地缓解幼儿入园焦虑、提高入园的适应性，是儿童发展中一个无法回避的课题。因此,本文从了解幼儿入园焦虑的表现出发，进而分析幼儿入园焦虑产生的原因，在此基础上提出缓解幼儿入园焦虑的对策。在解决此问题上，家长与教师应携手，针对幼儿不同的焦虑反应，采取科学有效的措施缓解幼儿的入园焦虑，使其在幼儿园中健康快乐的成长，为日后的教育生活打下良好的基础。 关键词：幼儿；入园焦虑；对策 ABSTRACT The children into the park anxiety is a widespread in new into the park in the childrens question, when parents put new into the park children to nursery schools and leave, all the children show some level of anxiety. Research has shown that young period of serious into the park anxiety such as processing not as adults, may have fear syndrome, affect my future life work for life, leave evil. How to help children realized from the family to smooth transition and excessive, kindergarten alleviates anxiety, improve the children into the park into the park of adaptability, is developing a children cannot avoid topics. Therefore, this article from understand children into the park anxiety, and then analyzes the performance of children into the causes of the anxiety, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures of children into the park anxiety. To solve the problem in, parents and teachers should hand in hand, for children of different anxiety reaction, adopt scientific and effective measures of childrens ease anxiety in the park, so that in the kindergarten in the growth of healthy and happy, for in the future education life lay the good foundation.
