红外线控制自动干手器课程设计 学 院 电气工程学院 专业班级 10级电气工程及其自动化1班 组 员 梁 楠 P101813217 王 烁 P101813228 杨治兵 P101813252 指导教师 马 燕 红外线控制自动干手器 摘 要 自动干手器是一种高档的卫生洁具，广泛应用于宾馆酒店、机场车站、体育场馆等公共场所的洗手间。其工作原理是采用一种红外线控制的电子开关，当有人把手伸过来时，红外线开关将自动打开电吹风机，人离开时又自动将吹风机关闭。自动干手电路是由红外线发射电路、红外线接收电路、时间延时电路、吹风机开关电路和电源电路五部分构成的。在红外线发射电路中，输出电路端Q产生脉冲信号来控制红外线发光二极管发射光脉冲，其中，二极管可以起到保护红外发光二极管的作用。在时间延时和吹风机开关电路中，当输出端Q输出低电平时，三极管截止，无电流通过。继电器与三极管集电极相连，当有电流驱动时，开关吸合，电磁阀通电，电路闭合，吹风机吹出风；当无电流驱动时，开关断开，电磁阀不通电，电路断开，吹风机不吹出风。同时在继电器两端并联一个二极管实现保护，在电路中加入发光二极管作为显示电路，显示吹风机是否启动。 关键词: 红外线发射电路 红外线接收放大电路 吹风机开关控制电路 时间延迟电路 ABSTRACT Automatic hand dryer is a high-grade sanitary ware. Widely used in hotels, airport station, sports stadiums and other public places of the bathroom. The working principle is to adopt an infrared-controlled electronic switch. Automatic hand circuit consists of five parts; the infrared transmitter circuit, infrared receive circuit, time delay circuit, hair dryer switch circuit and power circuit.
