重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 重庆与浙江中小企业发展状况比较研究 Graduation Design(Thesis) of Chongqing University The comparative study of small and medium-sized enterprise in Chongqing and zhejiang province Undergraduate: Yanlin Huang Supervisor: Litai Chen Major: Economics School of Public Affairs Chongqing University June 2013 摘 要 中小企业的发展状况在世界各地区的经济中都具有不可忽视的地位，无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家。改革开放以来，我国的中小企业快速发展，在繁荣经济，促进社会稳定，解决劳动力需求等方面都发挥着重要的作用。重庆作为西部唯一的直辖市，跟传统沿海地区相比，中小企业的发展还具有一定差距。因此，借鉴发达地区的中小企业发展经验，提出促进重庆中小企业发展的建议具有重要意义。本文在梳理国内外中小企业发展的相关文献的基础上，以重庆、浙江两地的中小企业为研究对象，立足于实际，充分研究两地中小企业的发展现状。从政策及区位优势、融资状况、社会服务和企业实力等方面对比分析两地中小企业发展状况的差异，并分析形成差异的原因。通过对差异的分析，进一步发现重庆中小企业在发展中存在的问题，在政府政策、市场环境以及融资政策方面都与浙江地区中小企业存在极大差距，需要进一步改进学习。据此结论，本文提出了促进中小企业发展与壮大的政策建议。 关键词：中小企业，浙江模式，重庆，比较研究  Abstract Whether in developed or developing countries, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an important and unignored position in the national economic development. Since the reform and opening, the SMEs in China developed rapidly and play an important economic rise pole for the social stability, creating more employment and flourishing economy. Chongqing which is the only municipality in the west, compared with the traditional coastal areas, the development of SMEs still have some gaps. Therefore, it has important practical significance to learn from the SMEs in developed countries and put forward proposals to promote the development of SMEs in Chongqing.
