摘 要 本文针对驱动桥壳进行有限元分析与研究。本文的主要内容如下： 1、简单介绍PRO/E及ANSYS软件； 2、运用PRO/E软件建立车桥三维模型； 3、用ANSYS软件生成车桥结构的有限元模型：包括车桥PRO/E模型导入ANSYS软件，单元类型的选取，单元属性和材料属性的定义，车桥有限元网格的划分；进行静力学分析。为有限元分析提供实践依据，并验证了有限元模型的准确性。 关键词：，，， ABSTRACT For a sample mini-cars drive axle when the bridge during strong pick up the phenomenon of broken shells, the basic theory of finite elements based on use of feature-oriented modeling method, a three-dimensional geometric model of the drive axle and finite element analysis model .
