WWW Server 的建置 第六章 WWW Server 的建置- 以 Apache 2.X 實作 學習目標：WWW 服務是網路上不可或缺的服務，而它也佔據了網路上大部分 的頻寬。這樣重要的服務是由網路上一群無以數計 WWW Server 所提供。本章 將以網路上佔有率最高之 WWW Server - Apache Software Foundation 所提供的 Apache 來實作，請各位依說明進行。。 一、取得 Apache 請直接連接到 或是到國內各大學之 FTP 站下載。Apache 目前有 1.X 以及 2.X 兩個分支，但其 間差異並不太大。本章以 Apache 2.X 來實作。 二、編譯 Apache2 在取得 Apache2 原始程式後之後，請將檔案放置在適當位置，然後執行 tar –zxvf httpd-2.x.x-tar.gz 會產生一個名為 httpd-2.x.x 的目錄，請切換到該目錄底下執行 ./configure 系統就會開始執行編譯前設定。有關 configure 的詳細參數，請執行 ./configure –help 在 configure 執行完畢後，請執行 make 系統就會開始編譯程式。而在程式編譯完畢後，請執行 make install 系統就會將編譯完畢的程式安裝到相關目錄去。 三、Apache2 的設定 Apache2 的預設目錄是放置在/usr/local/apache2 ，而設定檔在其下的conf 目 錄中。請切換到/usr/local/apache2/conf 下編輯 httpd.conf 這個檔案。以下將 就 httpd.conf 中需要注意的部份作一說明，凡是沒有特別提及的，請保留系 統預設值或是依據現況自行修改。 ### Section 1: Global Environment # # The directives in this section affect the overall operation of Apache, # such as the number of concurrent requests it can handle or where it # can find its configuration files. # # WWW Server 的建置 # ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the servers # configuration, error, and log files are kept. # # NOTE!
