上海交通大学硕士论文 中文摘要 案例研究方法及在城市规划中的应用研究 ——以晋江生态城市中心区的规划策划为例 摘 要 随着社会的进步，城市的发展，各种技术手段和研究方法在城市规 划领域中的应用日益增多，案例研究方法也逐渐进入人们的视野。案例 研究方法作为一种科学研究手段，已被广泛应用于管理、法律等领域， 为使用者提供了逼真的环境条件，积累了丰富的经验和知识，也为城市 规划学科开拓了广阔的发展空间。本文提出城市规划案例学的概念，借 鉴案例研究方法在工商管理研究、教学中的成功经验，阐述其应用于城 市规划学科的可行性以及城市规划案例学的内容、特点，通过晋江生态 城市中心区创建的案例研究，探索城市规划案例研究的全过程，为今后 城市规划工作的完善和生态城市中心区的建设提供新的理论与实践。 关键词：案例研究方法，城市规划，生态城市，晋江，生态城市中心区 上海交通大学硕士论文 英文摘要 CASE STUDY METHOD AND THE APPLICATION IN CITY PLANNING ABSTRACT Along with the advancement of society and the development of city, various technical means and investigative methods have been applied to the realm of city planning increasingly. Case study method also gets into people ’s visual field gradually. As a proved scientific research method, Case study research has been intensively used in different realm as business administration and legal affair. It provides us realistic environment and help to backlog abundant experiences and knowledge. Drawing lessons from experiences in the usage of case study method in business administration, this paper put forward the framework of case study method in urban planning. Through the establishment of ecological central business district in Jinjiang, the whole process of case study would provide the new theories and practice for urban planning and the establishment of ecological city center.
