重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 汽车姿态研究 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 校外指导教师： 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 重庆大学机械工程学院 二O一二年六月 Graduation Design（Thesis） of Chongqing University Vehicle Attitude Research Undergraduate: Supervisor: Lecturer Assistant Supervisor: Major: Mechanical Design and Manufacture and Automation College of Mechanical Engineering Chongqing University June 2012 摘 要 整车姿态具体指汽车基于地面在各种状态下的前后倾角、车身与轮系及地面各方间隙、腰线、窗台线与整车的比例关系等。整车姿态设计是汽车设计过程中的一个重要步骤。汽车姿态参数设计合理，才能更充分发挥汽车的性能，满足消费者的使用及审美要求。 本文以长安金牛星（F202）为设计车型，重点研究了车身静态下各状态前后倾角的参数设定过程。 首先描述了整车姿态包括的主要内容和设计要求，包括汽车的通过性和车身离地高度的设计要求和腰线设计等，并分析了某些车型的腰线设计带给消费者的不同视觉效果。 其次分析了整车姿态对人机和法规的影响，重点分析了改变汽车姿态角对整车视野的影响，论述了整车姿态的重要性。 最后通过计算轮胎压缩量和悬架位移来确定地面线，最终得出达到满足要求的整车姿态。 关键词：整车姿态，地面线，法规，人机  ABSTRACT Vehicle attitude is specifically referring to the front rake and caster angle, clearance among vehicle body and gear train and ground, waist-line and the proportional relationship between the sill line and the vehicle, etc. in a variety state of the ground.
