This procedure shall be supplemented with the examination instructions defining more specific variables which will be approved by NDE level III Examiner QUALIFICATION OF EXAMINATION PERSONNEL Any person engaged in this examination shall be qualified as radiographic examiner in Accordance with the requirements of HT?s Written Practice for NDE Personnel Training, Examination, Qualification and Certification No.HT0501-99, which is based on the requirements of SNT-TC-IA (current code accepted edition) The NDE level I shall receive the necessary instruction or supervision from a certified NDE level II or level III examiner. The NDE level II shall receive the instruction or supervision from a NDE level III examiner. According to the respective responsibility range, all examiners shall complete the examination conforming to the ASME Code, this procedure and the written instructions.
