It is extended to plane, three- dmi ensionalspace, and n- dmi en- sional space. The theoretical correctness of its general expression in n- dmi ensional space is strictly proved. Based on the extended DPDP formula, an effectivemethod to judge the inclusion relation be- tween a pointand a polyhedron is presented, which provides a new way to solve theproblem of judging topological relationships between a point and a polyhedron thoroughly.
