First of all, in this paper, according to the theory of Project Risk Management, we will analysis the case of Edinburgh tram in detail. Second, we study the generation, development of the risk, and the process of the project. Third, we discuss lots of prevention measures during the risk of the project, and the measures of Project Risk Management to reduce project risk.
