Risk management research of Edinburgh tram project
Abstract
In recent years, with the complexity of the project and the changeing of the social and economic environment, the theory of Project Risk Management got a very quick development, and it is payed the attention by many industries. First of all, in this paper, according to the theory of Project Risk Management, we will analysis the case of Edinburgh tram in detail. Second, we study the generation, development of the risk, and the process of the project. Third, we discuss lots of prevention measures during the risk of the project, and the measures of Project Risk Management to reduce project risk. In order to guarantee the project successfully completed, a lot of methods will be applied in the process.
