中国利用外资与经济增长的实证分析和政策研究 An EmpiricalAnalysis and Policy Study of the Effect That Foreign Capital Has on the Economic Growth in China 国际商学院07级经济01班 邵韵怡[摘要]　本文以经济增长理论为基础,分析中国利用外资的现状，对外资对我国经济增长的影响进行实证检验，结果显示,在我国的经济增长中,外资的的产出弹性较高，实际利用外资的增长对经济增长有很大促进作用，但利用外资的比例增长不能解释经济增长。根据分析和实证结果，我们对我国更加合理利用外资促进经济增长提出了相关政策建议。 Abstract: The eassay is based on the theories of economic growth. It analyse the situation of the foreign capital in China and use the empiricall method to test the relationship between foreign capital and economic growth. The result demonstrates that the elatisity of foreign investment productivity is comparably high and the foreign investment has indeed exerted great influence on economic growth in China. However, the percentage of using foreign investment cannnot explain the economic growth.
