中国民营企业国际化成长模式及选择 【摘 要】随着全球经济一体化的不断深入，企业国际化问题成为经济、管理等学科领域讨论的热点之一。迎接全球竞争，企业的国际化是开放经济的必然趋势，是决定企业未来长期生存和发展关键。传统的阶段国际化理论认为企业国际化是渐进的。但二十世纪九十年代左右，一种新的企业国际化模式引起了学者们极大的研究兴趣，即在企业成立的初期，就将全球市场作为自己的目标市场，并快速的展开国际化的经营。这种模式叫做跨越国际化。本文在界定民营企业和国际化概念范围之后，对两种模式做了详细的介绍和对比分析，从内外两个维度列举分析了影响我国民营国际化成长模式的因素，提出选择跨越国际化成长模式是可行的，最后加快民企国际化进程，建议政府和企业应采取的一些配套措施。 【关键词】民营企业；国际化；跨越式；渐进式；成长模式 The Research on the Internationalization Growth Model Choice of the Non-State-Owned Enterprises in China Bai Xue (School of Economy and Management Economic and trade department 0502 class Shanxi Province TaiYuan City (030024) Abstract：With the global economy, the deepening of integration, enterprise internationalization of economic and management areas of business internationalization is incremental.
