振动回转岩芯钻机动力头设计毕业设计论文.doc

摘 要 动力头是振动回转岩芯钻机的核心部件，其性能的好坏直接决定了整机性能的好坏，而国内外关于该动力头的设计理论和方法却很少见，因此对振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的设计理论和方法进行研究迫在眉睫。本文首先介绍了振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的工作原理，技术特点和发展状况及前景。然后确定振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的总体参数，在分析了振动回转岩芯钻机工况的基础上，应用土力学和流体力学建立了各工况下钻进阻力矩的完整数学模型，为振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的设计提供了理论依据。然后对振动回转岩芯钻机动力头关键部件的设计过程及校核进行了详细的说明。此动力头具有体积小，搬迁灵活，结构简单，安全性好，工作性能高，成本低，频率和振幅的可调性高，激振力足够大，平稳性高的特点。此动力头的设计对岩土钻掘工程技术的进步具有重要的意义。 关键词：动力头；振动回转；岩芯钻机；液压马达 ABSTRACT Power head is the core component of vibration of rotary core drill, its performance is good or bad directly determine the overall performance is good or bad, and the design theory and method about the power head at home and abroad are very rare, so the vibration of rotating core drill head design theory and method of research is imminent.This article first introduces the vibration rotary core drill head, the working principle, technical characteristics and development status and prospects and then determine the overall parameters of vibration rotary core drilling power head, on the basis of analyzing the working condition of vibration of rotary core drill, the application of soil mechanics and fluid mechanics is established the complete mathematical model of drilling resistance moment, under the condition of vibration of rotary core drill head design provides a theoretical basis and key components of vibration turning core drilling power head design process and check the detailed description of the power head has a small volume, move flexible, simple structure, good safety, high performance, low cost, high frequency and amplitude of the adjustable, vibration force is large enough, the smoothness of high characteristic.The head of design for rock and soil drilling and digging engineering technology progress has the important significance.
