报价分析及投标策略在恒安华庭建设项目中的应用 摘要 随着我国经济建设的发展，建筑市场的规范，有序化管理已经逐步形成，其中招投标制度在工程承发包交易行为公开、公平，提高工程质量，发挥投资效益，防止腐败和不正当竞争等方面均起到了很好的促进作用。 本文对投标报价分析在实际工程中的应用进行的讨论，在自己学习到的工程量清单与定额，还有项目管理的基础上，用具体案例恒安华庭建设项目分析来说明投标报价在实际应用中需要解决的问题。 关键词：建筑市场；工程量清单；投标报价；报价分析； Quotation Analysis and bidding strategies in Construction Project of Heng An Appication ABSTRACT With the development of economy ,the construction market has become regular. The bidding legislation play an important role in equity, public, quality and against illegal competition and corruption. Although the enterprise spent a lot of material, time on a complex bidding, but usually the end isn’t desirable. On the basis of bidding evaluation analysis, a set of suitable bidding game model methods are considered, which is useful for scientific decision on bidding practice in construction enterprises. In this paper, tender offer analysis in the practical application of the discussion, in their learning to the list of quantities of with the quota, and project management, and on the basis of the specific case in Heng An construction project analysis for bidding to illustrate the application of the problems need to be solved.
