CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 课 设 报 告 题目： 基于模糊综合评价法的供应商绩效评价 ——以苏州华硕科技CPU供应商为例 二级学院（直属学部）： 延陵学院 专 业： 物流管理 班级： 学生姓名： 学号： 指导教师姓名： 杨岩 职称： 讲 师 2012年 7 月 摘　 要 随着市场竞争的日趋全球化和激烈化，企业之间的竞争逐渐转化为供应链之间的竞争。在供应链中，供应商处于最前端，供应商的质量直接或间接地影响着企业供应链的运作。供应商所提供的原材料等从质量、成本、服务等多个方面影响着供应链各环节的顺利进行，供应商的绩效水平对整个供应链的绩效有着重要的影响。所以企业对供应商绩效全面合理的评价是十分必要的。 本文首先在掌握苏州华硕科技有限公司相关信息的前提下，对搜集到的供应商相关资料进行整理、分析，在此基础上了解公司供应商绩效评价的现状，应用模糊综合评价法完善公司的供应商绩效评价体系，并指出公司目前供应商绩效管理中存在的问题。最后根据前面一系列的研究分析，对苏州华硕科技有限公司供应商绩效管理中存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。 关键词： 供应链 供应商绩效评价 供应商绩效管理 模糊综合评价法  Supplier Performance Measurement Based on Supply Chain Management ——Take the ASUS for Example Abstract With the rapidly growing global competition, the competition between companies has become competition which is between supply chains. In the supply chain, suppliers are in the forefront, they directly affect the operation of the entire supply chain. The raw materials provided by suppliers affect the operation of supply chain from quality, cost, service and other aspects. The supplier performance level has a significant impact on the performance of the whole supply chain. Therefore, effective and comprehensive supplier performance evaluation is very important. This text collects information of the AUAS Company, including the suppliers of the company, the application of supplier performance measurement, and supplier performance management condition. Then，through analyzing those information to find problems in the supplier performance measurement ,then the text use fuzzy mathematics assessment to improve the supplier performance measurement system. Finally, the text concludes some improvement measures for the company based on the previous analysis.
