摘 要 中小企业作为活跃市场的基本力量，容纳了社会上大多数的就业人员，在促进经济增长及解决就业和再就业过程中，发挥着重要作用。中小企业的发展需要强有力的金融支持，但由于企业自身和我国经济体制等多方面的原因，致使我国中小企业普遍存在的融资难的问题，融资难造成中小企业融资方式单一，融资渠道狭隘，融资结构存在许多缺陷。融资难严重制约了我国中小企业的发展速度。目前的全球经济危机对我国中小企业的生存和发展产生了很大的影响，不少中小企业因为缺乏资金，面临着即将倒闭的困境，而且从更长远的角度来看，融资难问题已经成为阻碍中小企业发展的主要原因。想要解决中小企业生存和发展上的障碍，能够想尽办法解决中小企业融资问题，无疑是一条有效的途径。在当前经济发展的情况下，采取什么样的办法解决中小企业的融资问题是值得我们去探讨的。 文章以xxx公司为研究对象，对民营企业融资问题进行了探讨，从企业自身角度研究民营企业融资决策问题，找出符合企业的融资方式、渠道以及提高企业管理水平的思路来解决融资难问题，并结合xxx公司的实际，提出了实现xxx有限公司融资的具体对策。 关键词 ：融资；融资方式；融资渠道 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises as an active market of the fundamental forces, up to the most of the persons in employment,in the promotion of economic growth and employment and re-employment process, play an important role.
