基于PLC的垂直升降类立体车库的设计精选.docVIP

摘 要 随着社会的进步，轿车进入家庭已不再是什么新鲜事了，而人们买车后却发现他们辛苦买来的车竟然找不到停车的地方，那是因为与日俱增的车与有限的停车空间两者的矛盾越来越深化。针对这一问题，我认为立体车库的研究时必要的，所以在此次毕业设计中，我选择了公共场所停车用立体车库的设计。 目前社会上有很多成熟技术的停车设备比如：升降横移类；垂直循环类；水平循环类；平面移动类；巷道堆垛类；垂直升降类；简易升降类。通过对这些车库类型特点的比较与分析，我最终选择了垂直升降类作为设计的车库类型。 论文以研究工作的进展顺序为序，分章、节逐一论述了课题的背景，国内外研究现状，目的意义，设计过程。在设计过程部分，详细论述了设备总体结构设计、控制系统设计、PLC程序设计和安全防护设计等。 关键词 立体车库，控制系统，PLC，安全性 Abstract With the advancement of our society, into the family car is nothing new. And people buy a car only to find that their hard work has not bought the car parking place. That is because the growing and the limited car parking space to deepen the growing contradictions between the two. To solve this problem, I think that the parking study is necessary. Therefore, in the graduation project, I chose a public place parking garage with three-dimensional design. At present in the society has very many mature technical parking facility for instance :Rises and falls horizontally moves the kind; Vertical circulation class; Level circulation class; Plane migration class; The tunnel piles up the kind; Vertical fluctuation class; Simple fluctuation class. Through to these garage type characteristics comparisions and the analysis, I has finally chosen the Vertical fluctuation class achievement design garage type. The paper take research work progess order as foreword, divided chapter, the festival elaborated the topic background one by one, comparing with foreign research and domestic research, the goal and the significance, the design process. At partial in the design process ,in detail elaborated the equipment overall structural design, the control system, procedure design of plc and the safe protection design.
