我国中小企业核心人才流失问题初探本科毕业论文 摘 要 在现今经济高速发展的经济社会中,企业之间的竞争范围越来越大,企业的竞争关键在于人才的竞争,而人才的竞争又主要取决于核心人才的竞争。目前,我国中小企业的发展更加的广阔,速度也比较快,然而中小企业的核心人才流失现象却是越趋严重。本文通过对当前中小企业核心人才流失现状以及核心人才流失对中小企业发展造成的影响进行分析,并找出中小企业核心人才流失的主要原因,从社会环境因素、企业因素以及员工个人因素三方面进行分析。对流失原因分析结束后,寻找国外相关领域的核心人才管理经典模式,找出这些经典的核心人才管理模式的特点并为我国中小企业在发展道路上作为借鉴。最后通过对我国中小企业核心人才流失的影响及原因分析后总结出我国在中小企业在当前经济竞争的条件下应采取如何的措施来解决中小企业所面临的问题。主要从挖掘市场上符合企业的核心人才、挽留企业内部核心人才以及找出降低中小企业核心人才的流失三个方面的方法和措施。 关键词:中小企业 核心人才 人才流失 Study on the Drain of the Core Talents of our SMEs Major: labor and social security Student: Kunlun Deng Supervisor: Luozhe Abstract In todays rapid economic development in society, the competition between enterprises is more and more keen and thiscompetition mainly lies in the competition between talents. While talents competition mainly depends on the core talents competition. At present, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is wider and faster. But SMEs core brain-drain phenomenon is increasingly serious. By the analysis of current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises core brain drain and the impact of core brain drain on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the main cause of core brain drain is found out from the social environment factors, enterprise factors and staff personal factors. After the analysis of the causes of drain and by looking for classic mode of core talent management in foreign related field, the characteristics of these classic core talent management mode are found out and give the path for small and medium-sized enterprises in China as reference. Finally through the analysis of the influence and the cause of the loss of small and medium-sized enterprises core talents in China,We sum up the measures to solve the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the current economic competitionThe methods and measures are found mainly from mining on core talents in the market in accordance
