本科毕业设计 题目： PE塑料桶盖注射成型工艺 与模具设计 学 院: 专 业: 学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 日 期:  摘 要 本次设计的题目是PE塑料桶盖注射成型工艺与模具设计，要求设计出用于生产PE塑料桶盖的注射模具。初步对该塑件的结构分析可知：由于该塑件的面积较大，因此采用直浇口和顺序分型，并且采取一模一腔的结构形式。由于塑件的结构特点，故而需要采用斜滑块抽芯机构。 本次设计的具体过程如下：首先对塑件的成型工艺性能进行分析。这包括对塑件的结构尺寸的分析和成型塑件的材料PE各项性能的分析。其次，就是如何合理的选择注射机。选择正确的注射机是本次设计的基础。再次，就是拟定模具的结构形式。模具的结构形式必须根据塑件的结构尺寸，通过计算进行合理的选择。第四步就是浇注系统的设计。第五步是本次设计的重点，成型零部件的设计和计算。第六步是斜滑块侧抽芯机构的设计和计算。 通过本次设计，使我对注塑模具的结构和性能有了全面的了解，并且学到了模具设计的基本知识，为以后踏入社会工作打下了基础，可以说是受益匪浅。 关键词：塑料模具，注射机，浇注系统 Abstract The topic of the design is Injection Mold Process and Mold Design for Heads of PE Plastic. It requires that the design of PE is used in the production of plastic injection molds heads. Through the initial structural analysis of plastic parts, we can see that as a result of the larger plastic parts, so we can take the use of straight gate and the order of sub-type, and to take a mold form a cavity structure. As a result of the structural characteristics of plastic parts, they are inclined to adopt core-pulling mechanism slider. The processes of the specific design are as follows: First of all, analyzing plastic molding process performance. It includes analysis of the structure of plastic parts and analysis of the performance of PE. The second step is how to choose a reasonable injection machine. Choosing the right injection machine is the basis of this design. The third step is to develop the structure of the form of mold. The structure of the form of mold plastic parts must be based on the structure size. The fourth step is the design of gating system. The fifth step is the focus of this design. The sixth step is the design and calculation of side column core pulling guide. Through this design, I learn the structure and properties of plastic mold, and I got the basic knowledge of mold design. This is very good for me to work in society in future.
