Management Procedure of Energy Review能源评审管理程序1.ObjectiveThe purpose of this procedure is toidentify the influencingfactors in the process ofcompany’s energyuse,to evaluate theimportant influencing factors ofenergy consumption,anddetermine the controlorder,and to provide basisevidences for making controlscheme.1．目的本程序旨在识别公司能源使用过程中的影响因素，评价出重要的能源消耗影响因素，并确定控制次序，为制定控制方案提供依据。2.ScopeThe procedure is applicable tothe energy influencing factors identification and control activities of the whole process ofcompany’senergy utilization.2．范围本程序适用于公司能源利用全过程的能源影响因素识别与控制活动。3.Responsibility3．职责3.1Equipment department is responsible for organizing and implementing company’s energy review activities,and determining the factors which influence theenergy-consumption,also proposingenergy savingcontrolsuggestions.3.1设备部负责公司能源评审活动的组织与实施，并确定公司能源消耗影响因素，并给出节能降耗的控制建议。3.2 Other departments are responsible for cooperatingand supportingequipment departmentin the energyreview.3.2各部门负责配合和支持设备部进行能源评审。3.3 Energy managementrepresentative is responsible for theleadership in energyreviewandapprovalfor important energy-consumption factors.3.3能源管理者代表负责领导能源评审活动并审批重要能源消耗因素。4.Working Routine4．工作程序4.1 Organizationand implementation of energyreview4.1 能源评审的组织与实施4.1.1 Equipmentdepartment form a review groupaccording to the actual situation ofthe company,and report to the management representativefor approval.Energyreviewteam membersshould at leastincludepersonnelfrom company’smain energy-consumption sectorsandenergy management department.Energyreviewteam membersshould have the followingconditions:Familiar with national andShanghai’s energy saving regulations and policiesMaster the principlesandtechnologyof energy savingFamiliar with thecompany or thedepartment’senergy-consumption situation ofproduction，technology and equipment4.1.1设备部根据公司实际情况组建能源评审小组，并报管理者代表审批。能源评审小组成员至少应包含公司主要耗能部门的人员和能源管理部门。能源评审小组成员应具备如下条件：熟悉国家和上海市节能法规和政策掌握节约能源的原则和技术熟悉公司或本部门生产、工艺和设备的能源消耗情况4.1.2 Equipment departmentcompilethe energyreview planan
