L 重型卡车驾驶室悬置性能优化 摘 要 随着国民经济发展,国内重卡从业人员对车辆舒适性要求越来越高,另外 面对国外高品质重卡的激烈竞争,国内重卡厂家愈加重视重卡的舒适性能。驾 驶室悬置作为整车平顺性的重要组成部分与重卡舒适性密切相关。驾驶室悬置 优化对现有车型舒适性提高具有十分重要意义。 本文为L重卡悬置实际优化项目,通过计算机运动仿真、CAE分析以及实车 测量结合对现有重卡悬置进行优化改进工作,论文对驾驶室悬置系统主要进行 了如下研究: 1、分析L重卡6X4牵引车驾驶室悬置的现状及存在问题,通过实车对比测试 找出关键问题点。实车测试的路面及悬架传递加速度数据也可作为下一步CAE 分析输入; 2、通过头脑风暴利用鱼骨图、要因分析表等工具找到悬置问题根本原因, 并根据更改时间周期、成本等因素确定更改主要方向; 3、按确定更改方向经过理论计算、产品运动仿真优化,CAE分析优化得到 理论最优方案; 4、以理论最优方案为基础,调整阻尼分别为+25%及-25%,制作三组样件, 通过实车主观评价、客观测量找出最优方案。 优化后悬置相对原悬置各向加速度下降明显,特别是对舒适性影响最大的 Z 向加速度下降20%且更加平滑线性; 60km/h 以上速度段下降更为明显,高速 舒适性改善明显;原车45km/h左右共振也基本消失,取得不错改进效果。 改进后的车辆投放市场后经市场验证,客户及经销商反应良好,舒适性已 成为L重卡的一大亮点。 关键词:重卡,悬置,优化 The optimization of L heavy tractor cab ABSTRACT With the development of national economy, the comfortable experience have been proved increasing ly by the domestic experts of the heavy truck .So competition with the foreign advanced heavy truck ,that the manufacturers of domestic heavy truck will pay more attention to the comfortable experience. AS an important part, the vehicle ride - ability are related closely with comfortable experience of the heavy truck. Optimizing cab suspension in existence will advance evidently comfortable experience of riding. The dissertation was discussing about how to optimize L heavy truck suspension.
