我国民营企业融资现状及对策分析 ========================================第1页======================================== 我国民营企业融资现状及对策分析 ========================================第2页======================================== I 随着我国经济改革的不断深入，民营企业在社会主义市场经济中的地位愈益 重要。近年来，我国民营企业获得较快发展，总体规模不断扩大，经营领域不断 拓宽，企业管理水平稳步提高，对我国经济发展和社会稳定发挥着重要作用。但 从总体上看，民营企业的发展仍面临许多问题，其中最主要问题就是融资难的问 题，而融资是企业生产经营活动的必要条件。融资难的问题一直制约着民营企业 的发展，现已成为民营企业发展的最大瓶颈。本文主要是围绕民营企业融资难的 原因展开探讨，然后分析了我国民营企业的融资特点，进而又分析了我国民营企 业融资的现状以及融资难对民营企业自身和政府所造成的影响，同时，对融资难 的原因进行了探讨：主要有民营企业自身存在的融资障碍，国有银行体制改革的 滞后，金融机构发展状况不理想和直接融资制度不健全等。最后结合民营企业自 身的特点、政府政策、金融环境及我国民营企业所处的现实环境，提出了解决融 资问题的对策，并对进一步拓展我国民营企业融资渠道进行了探讨。 ：民营企业； 融资现状； 原因分析； 融资对策 ========================================第3页======================================== II Abstract As Chinas economic reform continues to deepen, private enterprises have become more important in socialist market economy. In recent years, Chinas private enterprises access to faster development; the overall scale is continually expanding; operating areas is also continuously expanding and enterprise management level improves steadily. Private enterprises are playing an important role on Chinas economic development and social stability. But generally speaking, the development of private enterprises is still facing many problems. The most important issue is the difficulty in financing, which is a necessary condition in enterprise production and business activities. The difficult problem of financing has been restricting the development of the private enterprises all the time, it have already become the biggest bottleneck of development of the private enterprises. This thesis mainly launches the discussion around the difficult problem of financing of the private enterprises.
